Kommo-o is a Dragon/Fighting type Pokémon introduced in Generation 7.It is known as the Scaly Pokémon.. There is a legend that says Kommo-o is covered in glittering scales in order to drive away a great darkness covering the world. The reason these Pokémon seek out battle is to gain the power needed to defeat this darkness.
As in Pokemon Sun & Moon, Kommo-o will have all of its stats increased when the battle begins. However, this time around, it will also have a berry that will weaken the first Fairy Type Attack used against it. On top of this, Kommo-o will also call upon Scizor for help in battle, giving it a partner that loves to crush opposing Fairy Types.
I’ve seen other answers mention using Fairy-type attacks. Don’t use them off the bat. Totem Kommo-o is holding a Berry that will halve the power of the first Fairy-type attack to hit it, which kind of negates the strategy to go ham on it with Moon…
